The Becker's editorial team considered nominations and conducted editorial research when developing this list. The list includes:

• Boston Medical Center

• Children's Health (Dallas)

• Cleveland Clinic

• Gundersen Health System (La Crosse, Wis.)

• Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore)

• Kaiser Permanente Irvine (Calif.)
