Truffle Capital Congratulates VEXIM on its Acquisition by Stryker Corporation

Truffle Capital, a leading European venture capital firm committed to supporting the creation and development of innovative start-ups, is proud to announce the ongoing acquisition of Vexim, a leader inmini-invasive spine surgery, by Stryker Corporation for an amount (on a fully diluted basis) of 183 million Euros (20 € per share). Truffle Capital, which co-founded Vexim in 2006 and has remained the company's lead investor ever since, has been involved in all of Vexim's structuring, management team building, R&D, development and commercial stages. Winner of the NYSE Euronext's best IPO award of 2012 (Euronext Growth: ALVXM), Vexim has successfully marketed its products in Europe, and is currently preparing, with an international clinical trial and subject to FDA clearance, the potential market launch of its SpineJack® product in the United States in 2018. Vexim will now join Stryker's"Interventional Spine" division.
