    • Mike Chimack is the Senior Product Manager and part of the Commissioning Advantage Center of Competence for the Building Technologies Division of Siemens Industry, Inc. He is responsible for the development and deployment of the Commissioning Advantage Program, including the Existing Building Commissioning and Monitoring-Based Commissioning products. These efforts include the creation of a comprehensive sales and operations strategy designed to deliver cost-effective and impactful results for Siemens' customers.

      Mr. Chimack has worked in energy management for 20 years. His experience includes building commissioning consulting for a major Midwestern electric utility, managing an energy management-applied research program at the University of Illinois, and providing energy management consulting services, including building commissioning services to commercial and industrial customers, resulting in over $30M in energy savings for clients.

      He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Illinois and California and has earned many energy and project management certifications. Mr. Chimack has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
