Troy Martin, SASHE, CHFM

Troy has more than 30 years of experience in clinical engineering, security, environmental services, facility management, plant operations, construction management, Environment of Care and Life Safety. Prior to joining MSL in 2015, Troy was the Administrative Regional Director for Facility Services at Catholic Health Initiatives. Additional experience includes Director of Facilities Services at Poudre Valley Health System and as Facility Manager for North Colorado Medical Center. Troy is a long-standing member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), having served on the ASHE Board of Directors and was President of the society in 2009. Troy is a Senior in the society and is also a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM). He also has a Healthcare Construction Certificate from ASHE.

Beth Edwards

Dennis Smith, MS, SASHE, CHFM, CCM, CEM

Dennis joined MSL in 2016. Prior to entering Healthcare Facility Operations, Dennis had more than 30 years of experience as a General Contractor and Construction Management and had the opportunity to hold the position of Director of Facilities for a hospital. Over a period of 12 years, he progressed from Director of Facilities for a medium sized hospital to Assistant Director of Facilities for Catholic Health Initiatives and finally as National Director of Facilities for Catholic Health Initiatives. These responsibilities allowed Dennis to be actively involved in regulatory readiness, including The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, EPA and large number of state and local jurisdictions. Dennis is a long-standing member and recognized as Senior of ASHE. He has served on several committees for ASHE and has presented several educational topics at ASHE national meetings and state chapter meetings. Dennis was privileged to have a parallel career in the Army National Guard Field Artillery and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel.
