ChicExecs and Clients Pitch in to Help Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

Making landfall on August 25, Hurricane Harvey has destroyed Southeastern Texas. With rains flooding Houston and thousands of people fleeing the steadily rising water, the worst is not yet over.

According to CNBC, Harvey has become the most powerful hurricane to strike Texas in more than 50 years. With more than 30,000 residents of America’s fourth-largest city left homeless, and the cleanup costs stacking up to over $40 billion, ChicExecs and some of their select clients are pledging their time and money to help victims of the storm:

Little Goodall - Through a program entitled Hats for Houston, Little Goodall will be donating the net proceeds from all bonnet sales for the month of September to the Texas Diaper Bank Disaster Relief Program.

BUMP IT OFF - Donated 1,000 BUMP IT OFF’s to the American Red Cross to help with cleanup efforts.

Moore’s Marinades and Sauces – Moore’s Marinades and Sauces has partnered with Operation BBQ Relief (OBR), which has been deployed to Houston and the surrounding areas serving up to 25,000 meals a day to victims and responders. In addition, Moore’s Marinades and Sauces has donated $20,000 to help with OBR’s relief efforts.

CreekBaby - Donating $1 per each order throughout the month of September.

Mother Trucker & co. - Donating 100% of proceeds of their Texas style hats to You Caring to help all those affected by Harvey.

Alum Designs - Now through September 15, Elum will donate $1 from each Local Love card sold to the Red Cross Hurricane Harvey relief.

Vessel Bags - Thinking ahead, Vessel will be donating backpacks to students once schools are able to reopen.

Funktional Wearables - Donated to the Texas Diaper Bank to help Harvey victims.

Green Goo - Donating deodorant, first aid and baby products, Green Goo will be sending multiple pallets of nearly 8,000 units valued at almost $60,000 to Rock Port Fire Department.

While the rain and wind moves on, the Texas region continues to suffer. In a separate initiative, ChicExecs is impacting lives through Giveback Stock™ – connecting brands with charities and making a difference through product overstock.

What began as napkin brainstorms has expanded into a business catered to the entrepreneur’s journey. Based on retail strategy, ChicExecs is a unique one-stop shop for brands. With social media, influencers, retail strategy and public relations, this company goes “outside the suit” to stay ahead of the trends by driving brand recognition and sell through.
