The Von Duprin suite is comprised of quiet latches and sound reducing exit devices. It replaces magnetic solenoids with motor-driven latch retraction, uses mechanical dampers to decelerate mechanical push pads on the push and return stroke, and concealed vertical cable system exit devices eliminate the rattles of rods in the door.
