EnviroPure system turns food waste from commercial kitchens into greywater effluent that can be disposed of in municipal water systems. System uses non-toxic, biodegradable additive to accelerate decomposition of food waste, according to the company. Each unit is custom-built and features heavy-duty motors and an automatic interlock door switch.
