IWSAlerts system uses an IP-based, unified interface to communicate across multiple channels, including mobile/smartphones, computers, IP phones, landlines, SMS/text, email, and social networks. The system also provides Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) based integration for non-IP technologies such as fire panels and alarms, PA systems, sirens, display boards, cable TV, and walkie-talkies.
