Powerbond Cushion flooring no longer requires moisture vapor emission rate testing or relative humidity testing in installations where no free liquids are present and no moisture-stained concrete is evident. Material is 100 percent recyclable and contains 7 to 29 percent overall recycled content, including a minimum of 7 percent post-consumer recycled content.
