AdventHealth Plans for New Hospital

AdventHealth is planning to submit an application to build a new hospital in Asheville.

AdventHealth is planning to submit an application on June 15 to build a new hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.  

According to AdventHealth’s website, the hospital would house 67 patient rooms, labor and delivery care with a dedicated C-section operating room, surgery services, an emergency department, diagnostic imaging and lab services.  

The organization believes that another hospital in the surrounding Asheville area will benefit the community, allowing for additional access to quality healthcare close to home.
