AirBox Launches Programs Providing Air Purifiers to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas

AirBox announced  a partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Texas with the goal of placing an air purifier in all Ronald McDonald House® 30 guest rooms and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Central Texas.  AirBox has hopes to eventually place an air purifier in every Ronald McDonald House across the United States. Business organizations and residential customers are given the opportunity to join with AirBox through air purifier purchases and trade-ins.

While RMHC CTX has grown significantly over the years, its mission has remained the same: To create, find and support programs that improve the health and wellbeing of children. At the cornerstone of this mission is the Ronald McDonald House program, which keeps families together by providing a quiet and welcoming place where they can rest and refresh, while always being close to their child’s medical care.

At the Ronald McDonald House, families receive many comforts of home, daily meals prepared and served by volunteers and a community of support by sharing experiences with other families in similar situations.

“It’s a great honor to work with RMHC CTX and to show our compassion for the families they support,” said Tim Self, owner of AirBox. “It’s our goal that over time each of the designated Ronald McDonald Houses and Family Rooms will receive an AirBox air purifier to help reduce their exposure to the various airborne pathogens that may be present in medical facilities.

“Our hope is to help families feel even more comfortable while they stay at RMHC CTX.  Comfort is high on the minds of families with critically ill children, and AirBox is uniquely positioned to help by providing clean air systems that can ensure a more comfortable, healthier environment.”

An AirBox air purifier is an added supplement for the health of families staying at RMHC CTX who are dealing with life threatening medical needs.

Air purifiers have amazing health benefits such as filtering mold spores out of the air, removing triggers for asthma attacks, eliminating allergens, removing pollutants and germs from the air.

Air purifiers protect children, the elderly and the chronically ill from respiratory ailments.

AirBox air purifiers are manufactured in South Carolina.

They can be found on the Web at airboxairpurifier.com.
