Array Architects, a top-ranking healthcare-exclusive design, consulting and technology firm, announced today that Jonathan Wilch has joined the firm as Principal and Regional Vice President, Midwest Region. An AEC industry leader with 24 years of national experience in healthcare architecture, Wilch brings to the company a multidimensional perspective stemming from his knowledge of design, construction, owner’s representation, and program management.
“Jonathan is a fantastic addition to our team,” Array CEO Carl Davis said. “He will help develop, lead, and execute the growth strategy that Array envisions in the Midwest region, and his experience leading the design of complex healthcare capital projects, as well as his experience as a healthcare owner’s representative, makes him an ideal client advocate.”
Wilch will build upon the strategic groundwork Array has established in the Midwest to progress the company’s mission of providing remarkable, strategy-driven, and business-justified solutions for Healthcare clients.

While Wilch has extensive healthcare design experience, his specializations include laboratories, pediatric and cancer design. A graduate of University of Cincinnati, he holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and is a LEED accredited professional. Wilch was previously a project development director at Pepper Construction and principal with NBBJ.
