Array DC office is expanding with two new healthcare arcitects

Array Architects is pleased to welcome two experienced healthcare architects to our growing DC Office as we continue to expand the practice to serve our valued clients in the DC, Maryland and Virginia region.

Laura Jensen has joined Array to enhance our health care planning and design expertise in the DC office. Laura is a dedicated healthcare architect with experience in all facets of healthcare design from greenfield hospitals and ambulatory care facilities to complex renovation and addition projects. Laura has significant experience including work for some of the most noteworthy healthcare campuses in the regions, such as Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Mary Washington Healthcare, and the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center.

Array is also pleased to welcome Hakan Topalhan to the DC office. Hakan strengthens our team with exceptional technical knowledge of healthcare architecture.  He has earned the role of trusted advisor for healthcare clients throughout the region and country by demonstrating and sharing his keen knowledge of building technology, materials and methods, building codes and regulations, sustainable design strategies, healthcare design trends and an advanced working knowledge of Building Information Modeling.  Hakan’s National Capital Region project experience includes such clients as Kaiser Permanente, Civista Medical Center LaPlata and Mercy Medical Center.
