Array welcomes healthcare engagement manager


Array Architects is pleased to announce James Hamilton Britt, AIA, has joined the firm as an Engagement Manager. Focusing on the successful delivery of projects, James will share his project management expertise from Array's Philadelphia office. James' extensive relationship-building background over his 15+ year career positions him to ensure teams are empowered to achieve their goals.

An advocate for collocating for optimal team and client collaboration, James is dedicated to finding and implementing the project approach that works best for each client. As an Engagement Manager, James will drive communication and alignment across the full stakeholder spectrum.

"James is well suited to meet the role of an Array engagement manager, which is to lead and manage client and project team interactions for the purpose of providing a distinctive level of customer service. This is accomplished by fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability," says Array CEO Carl Davis.
