Atlantic Dominion distributors joins AFFLINK

Tuscaloosa, AL - Atlantic Dominion Distributors, headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with locations in Virginia and North Carolina, joined the AFFLINK family of member distributors.

AFFLINK is a member-driven sales and marketing organization. Since its founding more than 35 years ago, it has succeeded in linking leading manufacturers of janitorial, packaging, foodservice, safety, and office supplies together with key distributors, all helping to provide solutions for thousands of customers throughout North America.

Atlantic Dominion Distributor stated out as Old Dominion Tobacco Company in 1875 and was founded by Leroy W. Davis. On May 27, 1904, the company was incorporated and by then was well established in the distribution business.

Today, Atlantic Dominion Distributors is the one of the top twenty largest convenience store distributors in the United States.

"Robin Davis Ray, great-granddaughter of the founder, is now the president of the company," says Gayle H. Turner, Executive Event Planner for AFFLINK. "Not only has the company had a long, interesting, and very successful history, it has made history again in that it is today a leading, woman-owned organization."

Atlantic Dominion Distributors covers the distribution areas of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware, North and South Carolina, and Eastern Georgia.

"AFFLINK has an exemplary reputation in the distribution industry," says Kevin Barney, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Atlantic Dominion. "We are looking forward to working with AFFLINK and growing our mutual businesses."
