BOMA International Elects 2017-2019 Executive Committee Members


The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International elected six Executive Committee members at the 2017 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee, in late June. 

BOMA International’s Executive Committee is responsible for developing the strategic direction and policies for the association. Executive Committee members work with BOMA International officers and executive staff to maximize the effectiveness of BOMA International, while ensuring resources are available to achieve its goals. Executive Committee members serve a minimum term of two years. 

The Board of Governors of BOMA International elected the following individuals to the Executive Committee: 

· Mark Dukes, CCIM, RPA, Vice President of Property Management, Physicians Realty Trust, BOMA/Georgia 
· Lisa Hensley, BOMA Fellow, Director of Property Management, Texas Medical Association, BOMA/Austin (Second term) 
· Sandrena Robinson, LEED GA, Vice President, JLL, BOMA/Denver Metro 
· Andrew J. Romerdahl, CCIM, MAI, Senior Regional Director of the Alaska Region, Providence St. Joseph Health, BOMA/Anchorage (Second term) 
· Luci Smith, FMA, RPA, General Manager, CBRE, BOMA/Orlando 
· Keri Taylor, Strategic Market Leader of Commercial Real Estate, Trane, BOMA/Indianapolis (Associate Member) 

Mark Dukes is vice president of Property Management for Physicians Realty Trust, a healthcare real estate investment trust that acquires, owns and manages healthcare assets. He is past chair of BOMA International’s Asset Management Council. Dukes also is a past president of BOMA/Georgia and an active member of the BOMA Southern Region Board of Directors. 

Lisa Hensley has more than 25 years of property management experience and serves as the director of Property Management for the Texas Medical Association. She is a past president of both BOMA/Austin and Texas BOMA. Hensley has served on several BOMA International committees, including as chair of the BOMAPAC Council and the BOMA International Nominating Committee. This is her second term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee. 

A nearly 30-year veteran of commercial real estate, Sandrena Robinson serves as vice president at JLL. She is a past president of BOMA/Denver Metro and was recognized with the local association’s Principal Member of the Year Award in 2015. Robinson also is the vice chair of the BOMA International Government Affairs Committee, a member of the BOMA Industrial Defense Fund Committee and formerly served as chair of the State Government Affairs Committee for two years. 

In his current position as regional director for Providence Health & Services’ Alaska Region, Andrew Romerdahl oversees more than two million square feet of commercial space throughout several communities across the state. Romerdahl is past president of both BOMA/Anchorage and the BOMA Pacific Northwest Region. This is his second term on BOMA International’s Executive Committee. 

With more than 20 years of industrial property management experience, Luci Smith serves as general manager for CBRE. Under her leadership as co-chair and later chair, the BOMA International Industrial Committee significantly expanded offerings for BOMA members working in the industrial sector. She currently serves as a member of the BOMA 360 Performance Program Council, and she has previously served on BOMA International’s Finance Committee and Audit Committee. Smith also is a past president of both BOMA/Orlando and the BOMA Southern Region. 

Keri Taylor, strategic market leader of Commercial Real Estate for Trane, has been an active BOMA member since 2011. A former chair of the National Associate Membership Committee, Taylor also has served as the vice associate chair for BOMA/Indianapolis for the last five years. She also serves as the primarily delegate for Trane’s Cornerstone Partnership with BOMA International, as well as the chair of the Cornerstone Partners Group.
