BRAVO! Group Services, Inc. Appoints Victoria Tietz New Director of Business Development for Control Temp Mechanical Services

BRAVO! Group Services (BRAVO!), one of the largest, privately-held facility support companies in the country, announced the appointment of Victoria Tietz as Director of Business Development for Control Temp Mechanical Services, a full service mechanical and electrical services division of BRAVO! With a keen focus on Control Temp Mechanical Services’ customer service and commitment to continual improvement, Ms. Tietz will represent the division’s HVAC and building automation services.

After earning a degree in marketing management from Tobe-Coburn in Manhattan, Ms. Tietz held positions at Gallmann Company, a mechanical plumbing contractor, and Klae Construction, a general contractor. As she progressed along her emerging career path, Ms. Tietz entered the facility services industry, where she served as Marketing Director for EMCOR NY/NJ. She then moved on to acquire over ten years of field experience and expertise in mechanical systems while serving as a Certified Maintenance Planner  at Monsen Engineering, followed by a position as a Service Sales Representative at Mechanical Service Corporation.

“Victoria understands the value reputable mechanical contractors need to bring to their clients’ facilities by actually diagnosing system issues and properly performing maintenance programs,” commented Karen J. Martinez, BRAVO! President & CEO. “Victoria delivers the utmost commitment to customer service, especially in an economy where contractors low-bid Preventative Maintenance contracts in hopes of making it up in Time & Material, as well as complacently replace parts and use the word “failed” as a diagnosis,” she continued.

On a personal note, Ms. Tietz enjoys watching her daughter excel in sports, loves the outdoors and is an avid golfer. In addition to volunteering her time with the Women’s Cornerstone Group at her local church, Ms. Tietz serves on various industry committees, including BOMA New Jersey.  A former member of the Morristown Toastmasters Club, she frequently interacted with a diverse group of professionals dedicated to fostering learning and achieving goals.
