A Bronx hospital worker found dead in inside a locked bathroom at Montefiore Medical Center, where he worked, for days without anyone noticing, according to an article on the NBC News Network website.
Anthony Iuso cleaned the operations room on the third floor of the hospital and, on Thursday, left work to get an injured finger treated in the emergency room at about 1 p.m.
After triage nurses saw Iuos, he went back to the third floor to use a bathroom, and that's the last time anyone saw him until he was found on Monday, the article said.
"Apparently (the hospital) made no attempt to get a hold of him, get a hold of their patient that checked into the ER or get a hold of their worker that left work early," said the victim's brother. "They never chose to check this particular bathroom until today, when we finally started making a lot of commotion."
