CBRE Healthcare CPS expands team


Kyle Marden joins CBRE Healthcare as Managing Director for Ambulatory Care, overseeing the ambulatory care development platform within CBRE Healthcare. With over 10 years of comprehensive development experience across the country, Kyle’s responsibilities include assembling and managing the team that will work with healthcare system’s key stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and implementation of complex ambulatory programs. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was a Vice President for Hammes Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He currently resides in the New York City metropolitan area and will be relocating to Dallas, Texas.

Travis Messina joins CBRE Healthcare as Managing Director for the Capital Program Solution’s (CPS) West region. Prior to joining CBRE Healthcare, Travis was a General Manager/Senior Vice President for Lend Lease Development Inc. With over 20 years of broad US domestic and international healthcare experience, Travis has been recognized as a leader in identifying strategic solutions to complex business challenges in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. In his new role as Managing Director, Travis is currently overseeing projects at Oregon Health & Sciences University, MemorialCare, Saint Alphonsus Medical Center, and MultiCare. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration in Global Strategic Leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management, among other leadership certificates. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
