CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty Increases Security and Convenience with Brivo’s Cloud-Based Access Control Solution

Brivo, a SaaS company offering physical access control, video surveillance, and mobile credentials for commercial buildings, today announced CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty, a premier New Jersey-based real estate agency, upgraded its physical security with a unified cloud-based access control system, Brivo OnAir®, to increase the security and safety of its seven locations.

With multiple locations, it was imperative for CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty to have a standardized access control system to remotely lock and unlock doors while keeping their facilities secure at all times. In addition, CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty needed an access control system that allowed management to easily disable and replace access rights for employees who were no longer with the company.

“My new Brivo system does more at less cost per user. The ability to make changes when doors are locked on a bad weather day or to remove a repairman’s access to the building when a job was complete is the flexibility we needed. The system is very easy to use and the support is fantastic,” said Tom Hogan, President and Owner of CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty.

All locations have adopted Brivo Mobile Pass®, a convenient way for the sales team to open doors with their smartphones, and a cost saver for management as they no longer have to reissue lost cards. They have also installed Eagle Eye Networks’ IP-video cameras allowing CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty to monitor live video streams or review clips that are associated with entrances to the building. More importantly the integration of video with Brivo OnAir® physical access control has given Hogan total visibility to all events and activities from a single interface.
