Construction for the new cancer center at OhioHealth’s administrative campus began this month with the installation of construction fencing to enclose the surface parking lot south of the campus. The project’s completion date is estimated for late 2028.

The center will be built on the south side of the campus and will be five stories and approximately 199,000 square feet.  It will connect to the first through fourth floors of the administrative campus.

The cancer center provides a new, centralized destination for outpatient cancer care, allowing OhioHealth to relocate services and programs from OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital and the Bing Cancer Center to create a seamless experience for the patients. Services and programs will include:

  • Radiation oncology
  • Surgical oncology
  • Medical oncology
  • Blood and marrow transplant
  • Infusion
  • Imaging
  • Lab
  • Several specialized cancer clinics
  • Supportive and wellness services
  • Ability to add new programs and services
