Diversey Care training series achieves prestigious industry certification

Sealed Air’s (NYSE: SEE) Diversey Care division today announced that its six-part Commit 2 Clean™ training series has received ISSA’s Cleaning Industry Training Standard (CITS) verification. The CITS program is focused on verifying training programs and training facilities to a set industry standard in order to promote training and certification for frontline cleaning professionals.

“Employees can’t be expected to achieve the highest levels of cleanliness solely with the appropriate products, tools and equipment. They need to understand cleaning strategies in order to become true experts,” said Dan Helwig, Training Manager, Diversey Care. “CITS verification demonstrates that our certified programs comply with ISSA’s best practices, further confirming that our customers are in great hands with our training team.”

The Commit 2 Clean training series provides video-based instruction on a wide range of cleaning applications, and comes with everything learners need to understand proper cleaning techniques and protocols. Cleaning professionals who complete these programs improve their skill sets and achieve certification, which benefits both frontline workers and supervisors.

The following Commit 2 Clean training programs were awarded CITS verification:

•       Carpet Care

•       Restroom Care

•       Bloodborne Pathogen

•       Floor Care

•       Daily Office

•       Kitchen Care
