Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in East Norriton, Pa., recently completed two renovation projects to better serve the growing community, according to an article on the Health Facility Management article.
The first project is the addition of a 24-bed surgical step-down unit that replaces administrative office space. The unit will bring the total number of licensed beds at to 170. The 24 new beds will be located in all private rooms. The second project will be a seventh labor/delivery/recovery room.

The new facility will feature low, horizontal lines that rise into a dramatic, sculptural, light-colored form clad in precast concrete panelsto resemble stone, the article said.
