Building Operating Management's annual FM Pulse salary survey show signs of optimism, according to an article on the FacilitiesNet website.
The magazine gathered information for the survey during August, September, and October 2019 and included 1,216 responses.
Once again, in 2020, far more FM Pulse survey respondents expect increases in their staff and capital and operating budgets than foresee decreases.
Comparing current-year results with projections from last year’s survey shows that FMs were slightly optimistic in their forecasts, with more cuts and fewer gains than expected.
