Trade Press Media Group, Inc., a 100+ year old Milwaukee-based business media company has been acquired by FORUM MEDIA GROUP, headquartered in Merching, Germany.
Trade Press Media Group, Inc., founded in 1915, is a business-to-business media company serving the facilities management market with the Healthcare Facilities Today website, Building Operating Management, Facility Maintenance Decisions, FacilitiesNet.com, NFMT Baltimore/Orlando & Las Vegas and the Critical Facilities Summit.

As part of this transaction, Forum Media Group purchased 100% of Trade Press Media stock and also the joint venture that was created in 2000 by Trade Press Media and ROC Exhibitions, Lisle, Ill., to organize and produce the NFMT Conference & Exposition and the Critical Facilities Summit.
Jeffrey J. Schenk, COO of Trade Press Media Group will immediately assume the position of CEO/General Manager. The company will operate as a subsidiary of FORUM MEDIA GROUP. Group Director Todd Kotlarek and all editorial and sales staff members will remain.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
