The new AEROSTAR NOVAPLEAT X was engineered to improve indoor air quality while having an equal or better total cost of ownership compared to traditional MERV 8 pleated filters on the market today. Its design incorporates an increased air particle removal rate that captures 2.5x more airborne irritants in the ASHRAE 1-3-micron range than the minimum standard for a MERV 8 pleat. The filter’s lifespan meets or exceeds normal standard capacity product lifespans, supplying a seamless replacement for less-efficient filtration.
