Free webinar series offered on healthcare interior design trends

A one-day series of three free webinars dedicated to interior design in healthcare facilities will be held April 25 beginning at 11 a.m. Eastern. 

The IIDA Education Day, hosted by the producers of the Healthcare Design Conference, will give attendees the opportunity to earn up to three CEUs for participation. 

The first webinar, “Five Years of Use: Interior Environment Review of an Acute Care Hospital,” will start at 11 a.m. Eastern and will cover the lessons learned from performing a 5-year post occupancy review of an acute care hospital. 

The second webinar, “Integrating Interior Design and Wayfinding Strategies: Enriching the Patient Experience in Pediatric Healthcare,” will start at 1 p.m. Eastern and will cover how a wayfinding system that integrates form, color and pattern can help improve patient flow and interaction and reduce confusion.

The final webinar, “Healthier Interiors with the Healthier Hospitals Initiative - Leading Communities to a Healthier Future,” will start at 3 p.m. Eastern and will target the Safer Chemical Healthier Interiors Challenge.
