Great Falls Clinic and Hospital Announces Campus Expansion

The new property is located on almost 15 acres of space.

The Great Falls Clinic and Hospital announced that, in partnership with Catalyst Realty, it is expanding its campus. This growth will take place on what was the former Centene Corporation campus. Catalyst Realty, which supports healthcare facility expansions nationally, purchased the property in the summer of 2023.

At the present time, several non-clinical departments will vacate the Main Campus at Great Falls and move into the new facility. These moves will not impact patient access as no clinical departments are currently moving, only administrative. Further information will be announced as changes are made to patient care areas.

The new building will be renamed from Centene Corporation to Great Falls Clinic Health Center. The clinic intends to remodel the new campus to meet the healthcare needs of the local community. The clinic has been actively seeking to expand its footprint for several years due to ongoing parking constraints and limited available property near Main Campus. The purchase of the Centene property addresses both parking and future growth. This new property provides ample opportunities for expansion with almost 15 acres of open space.
