“We are excited about the opportunity to bring a beautiful and thoughtfully designed new senior housing community to the City of Sun Prairie. Talamore will be unlike anything else that exists in the area,” said Mike Pagh President and CEO of Great Lakes Management.  “Our vision is to create a warm and inviting environment that will inspire an engaged lifestyle while also being an active member of the larger community.”

The project received city council approval for its general development plan and comprehensive plan amendments in May.  The new senior living community will create at least 40-50 permanent jobs and over 300 temporary construction jobs in its location near U.S Highway 151 and West Main street in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and just one hour west of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

It’s the perfect place to put our stake in the ground in Wisconsin.”

Ryan Companies has developed nearly $700 million of senior housing across the United States in the past six years.  This will be the first new project in Wisconsin since, 2015.  Ryan is projecting to develop 12 new senior living communities per year across the country.
