Following a nationwide competitive solicitation, NJPA is pleased to announce it awarded contracts to Caterpillar Inc., Cummins Inc., and Kohler Power Systems. Members can now purchase backup power generation solutions, equipment, and services through these awarded vendors.

"We're proud to offer our members top-quality power systems via these three industry-leading vendors," said Maureen Knight, NJPA contract administrator. "Through these contracts, members will find everything from small generators to large industrial generator sets for continuous, prime, emergency, and standby power to fit the unique needs of their city, county, water district, school, or campus."

Purchasing off an NJPA contract streamlines the procurement process for public entities, saving them time and money. Effective as of January 29, 2018, the contracts are available to all NJPA members throughout the US and Canada.
