HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital announced it is moving into the next phase of planning for a new campus in Stillwater that will provide patients with access to advanced critical care and specialized centers for heart, cancer and orthopedic care – all on one campus. The facility will be located on land the hospital acquired in 2017.

During the past year, planning teams have made important progress, including selection of an architectural firm. In the next planning phase, the hospital will seek input from community members and others on the campus design. Updates on the project, including a construction timeline, community engagement opportunities and on-campus services will be shared in the coming months.

HKS, an architectural firm based out of Chicago, will design the new campus in partnership with local architectural firm, BWBR, and engineering firms Dunham, ERA and Loucks. Owner representation for the project is being handled by the Concord Group, a national real estate advisory firm.
