HealthTrust and Siemens enter into agreement to drive value and savings for HealthTrust member facilities


HealthTrust recently awarded Siemens Industry Inc., Building Technologies Division with a national agreement to provide building automation, fire / life safety and security products, systems, and services as well as building performance and sustainability services to HealthTrust member facilities. The contract allows    HealthTrust’s member facilities to streamline the procurement process by leveraging national pricing and other favorable terms, saving members time and money. It also makes it more efficient for HealthTrust members to work directly with Siemens for building and infrastructure projects and services covered by the agreement through a more collaborative procurement process. 

Healthcare reform has made cost considerations even more of a priority for hospitals. Siemens focuses on helping hospitals find more innovative building technologies, financial models, and sustainable approaches to prepare for the market transition to value-based services. 

HealthTrust recognized that Siemens could provide great value for its members through the breadth of building and infrastructure products, systems and services it now offers under the HealthTrust agreement.
