Highland Commercial Roofing Recognized as Top Customer Service Leader Second Year in a Row

Highland Commercial Roofing, a premiere Southwest commercial roofing company, has received a 2017 Guildmaster Award for showing a continued commitment to service excellence by delivering a consistently superior customer experience.

GuildQuality, a leading third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting, and real estate professions.

Highland Commercial Roofing was recognized by GuildQuality for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with this award marking the second year in a row the commercial roofing contractor has been recognized. Highland was also the only commercial roofing contractor to be recognized.

“We’re in a highly customer-focused business, and we work every day to be ready to anticipate and exceed our customer’s expectations,” said Rick Cunningham, President of Highland Commercial Roofing. “Our customer relationships are extremely important, as our clients place an intangible value on our ability to make sure they are satisfied with our work. It’s what leads them to recommend us to other people and call us when they need our services again. Winning this award for the second year in a row continues to confirm that our commitment to our customers is paying off.”

GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates. In determining the companies who were recognized with this honor, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics: the percentage of customers who would recommend your business and the percentage of customers who responded to the surveys. Highland Commercial Roofing achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 95 percent from their customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
