Conditions at Concord Hospital in Sydney, Australia, are so bad that a possum is 'running rampant' on a ward, according to an article on the The Australian News Local website.

MP Jodi McKay said staff had reported a possum darting about a room in buildings that dated back to World War II.

The Concord general manager said the one possum was located at the hospital about a year ago, but was appropriately relocated locally.

But Concord business case for redevelopment said failure to act would have serious consequences including safety concerns for staff, patients and visitors.
