An evacuation of a hospital in Scotland has been blamed on "system fault with alarm," according to an article on the Daily Record website.
 
Patients were wheeled out of Wishaw General Hospital in their beds after an alarm sounded.
 
Emergency services rushed to the scene and speculation mounted on Facebook with rumors of a “bomb scare” spreading. However, police  confirmed that there was a fault with the hospital’s alarm, and normal service has resumed.
 
“We are investigating the cause of the alarm which is believed to be due to a fault with the system." a hospital spokesperson said.
