Custom Equipment LLC has received a 2019 Lowest Cost of Ownership Award from EquipmentWatch for their HB-1430 low-level lift. The award recognizes products in 20 categories, and is designed to acknowledge manufacturers for building high-quality, durable and cost-friendly machines.
According to EquipmentWatch, products were selected for consideration based on the most popular equipment series observed on the resale channel over a 12-month period. Analysts then chose the top five products, relative to popularity, and calculated ownership and operating costs. Only equipment series with at least one model contained in the EquipmentWatch Residual Values application were considered.
The annual awards are given to products projected to retain the highest percentage of original value and lowest five-year total cost of ownership. EquipmentWatch states that one goal of the awards is to help equipment buyers objectively understand best-performing machines.
“This award highlights our commitment to providing customers with the highest quality, longest-lasting lifts,” said Terry Dolan, Hy-Brid Lifts president and CEO. “We are honored to be this year’s recipient in the electric scissor lifts category. It underscores that the HB-1430 — along with all of our lifts — is a top choice for customers because of its durability and value.”
Hy-Brid Lifts’ HB-1430 features high lifting capacities, low step-in heights and a lightweight design. They’re the ideal choice for a variety of applications.
Custom Equipment recently announced the next generation of Hy-Brid Lifts. This new naming structure and restructuring means that the HB-1430 will be now recognized as the PS-1430, part of the Pro Series (PS Series) lifts. The PS Series lifts address specific needs of professionals working indoors in applications that require operators to work at elevated positions for prolonged periods of time, including construction and facility maintenance.
Customers will continue to recognize the qualities of Hy-Brid Lifts that earned them the Lowest Cost of Ownership Award. All Hy-Brid Lifts are heavy-duty, safe and lightweight, with low wheel loads that allow users to maneuver them over delicate floors and get onto green concrete sooner. They are USA-made with high-grade steel, and all feature non-marking tires and a low step-in height. The additional features of the newly introduced line will further enhance the cost of ownership. Hy-Brid’s next generation of lifts are covered by a two-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year structural warranty.
