Livly offers a technology platform focused on next-level conveniences for property managers and residents. Through the partnership, LaMarco Systems will provide hardware — such as smart locks that support keyless, mobile-based door entry — and manage the installation of end-to-end systems that integrate with smartphone apps Livly Resident and Livly Hub.

Property managers and residents that leverage Livly's robust combination of tenant experience technology and management services will now have access to a range of the latest cloud-based, AI- and biometric-assisted, and mobile-enabled life safety and integrated security systems: from advanced access control, door entry and secure visitor management systems, to alerts and mass notifications, area of rescue and fire alarms, as well as video surveillance and intrusion detection.  Solutions that previously operated as standalone services are integrated to work together with features that cater to the uniqueness of each property.

During deployment, LaMarco Systems’ security experts will work closely with property managers, architects and contractors to understand the building infrastructure, prepare drawings and suggest necessary tools based on the individual news of the building. Systems can be retrofitted across existing security or deployed as new innovations that manage all functions from a single interface on any device, anywhere, anytime.
