A new post-hospital care provider will offer "suite recovery" in a luxury hotel setting in Ypsilanti, Mich., according to an article on the MLive website.
"Basically it will resemble a hotel and offers the same types of amenities in the rooms residents stay in - fridges, wifi, flat screen tvs, electric beds, a concierge, high-end amenities just like a hotel," said Whitney Arado, Illinois-based Villa Health Care's director of business development.
In addition to the in-room amenities, a concierge will provide residents with personal services like fetching a copy of the day's newspaper or the residents favorite drink from Starbucks, the article said.
Renovation plans for the building include a range of exterior improvements, new lighting fixtures, updated rooms, an expanded therapy space and updates to the common areas.
