A photo gallery on Healthcare Design magazine's website offers a virtual tour of the UMass Memorial Cancer Center's new Cancer Pavilion at the Marlborough Hospital. According to the article, the new 12,000-square-foot wing was built with an integrated project delivery (IPD) agreement. The $12.7 million pavilion was the first healthcare project completed in New England under an IPD agreement.
