MedTrainer Adds Market Growth Leader Mark Felts as Senior Vice President of Sales

MedTrainer, the creator of the only all-in-one compliance management suite, announces the appointment of Mark Felts as senior vice president of sales. In this role, Felts will execute national sales strategies that drive corporate objectives and revenue growth, including forecasting and responding to market changes. He will also be responsible for leading MedTrainer’s sales team and cultivating relationships with clients, channel partners and new vertical markets.

On joining MedTrainer, Felts said, “In my time at different healthcare organizations, I have had the privilege to work closely with the MedTrainer team. I have seen firsthand its unmatched levels of commitment to improving healthcare practices and cutting through a lot of the ‘digital exhaust’ plaguing the industry. Instead of offering a variety of systems, MedTrainer cuts out the noise through a single, comprehensive solution that meets all compliance management and provider credentialing needs. Now, I get to be a part of that team and extend its reach to more sites nationwide.”

Felts brings more than 25 years of sales leadership acumen and 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His career started in managing market development for companies specializing in technology consulting, education management and e-learning. His passion for patient advocacy gradually led him to enter the healthcare space, leading business development at major organizations like Raytheon and Slalom Consulting. Before joining MedTrainer, Felts most recently served as vice president of healthcare provider services at Conduent.

Steve Gallion, CEO, MedTrainer, said, “We are thrilled to add Mark and his wealth of market growth expertise to our leadership team. I am confident in his knowledge in market analysis, business planning, client relations and talent management. Most importantly, we share a common vision for helping today’s healthcare professionals simplify their critical back-office operations so that they can concentrate on running their practices and delivering the best patient care.”
