Construction of a Hilton hotel with special amenities tailored for medical clientele and the purchase of Chateau Theatre in downtown Rochester have been approved.
The four-star hotel will have features like places for in-building blood draws for patients of nearby Mayo Clinic.
The Chateau Theatre building has most recently been used as a Barnes and Noble bookstore, but the use of the space has not yet been decided.
