Mobile clinics help provide medical and wellness care to veterans in need


Mobile healthcare facilities are bringing care to veterans in need, according to an article on the GCN website.

TrillMed, a federal hospital supply company and DMS Health Technologies, which provides healthcare equipment, partnered to build  hospital-grade 18-wheelers that can be customized for medical care.

The mobile clinics can connect with a hospital’s network or transmit data wirelessly if it’s in a rural area.

The clinics can be made to fit high-end diagnostic equipment, function as a lab or act as a counselor’s office for therapy sessions.
