Auburn Community Hospital's update of its heating and air conditioning systems is expected to reduce annual energy costs by $220,000, according to an article on the CNY Central website.

It will also provide cooler conditions in the hospital's six operating rooms.
The hospital says that savings will be reinvested back into patient care.
