Neenan Archistruction, a design-build firm and Ampla Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), announced the exponential growth and sweeping transformation of Ampla Health’s most comprehensive health center. At 56,498 square feet, the newly completed facility brings together advanced design, comprehensive care services and community-centered functionality to what is now Ampla Health’s flagship location.

This milestone marks the culmination of a collaborative project that began with a beam signing ceremony in August 2023 and began seeing patients in March 2025. The expansion will increase access to quality healthcare services, which will in turn reduce emergency room visits.

The project involved both a significant remodel of the former medical facility and a major expansion to consolidate services into one central hub. The new space delivers a full suite of services, including primary care, pediatrics, dental, eye care, behavioral health, pharmacy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, lab work and Xpress Care (immediate walk in appointments) all in a single, thoughtfully designed location. The facility houses 20 dental operatories, 37 pediatric exams, 54 medical exams (including multiple rooms for telemedicine and behavioral health) and four eye lanes.

The building is designed to streamline patient access while creating a welcoming, multi-faceted environment. The result is a modern, high-performance facility that provides both the scale and infrastructure to serve a growing and diverse community.
