New Buy Online Option Introduced for Sherwin-Williams Pro Customers

Sherwin-Williams announces the launch of online ordering for professional customers. Currently available in select markets, this feature will be available nationwide in mid-November, allowing pros to order paint and supplies online from their local store wherever they are, at any time.

“The launch of the Sherwin-Williams e-commerce platform is an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide professionals with best-in-class products and services,” said Pam Gillikin, e-business senior director at Sherwin-Williams. “We’re excited to offer customers a fast and efficient way to order our paint and supplies online using their computer, tablet or mobile phone.”

All customers who have a PRO account with their local Sherwin-Williams store can order online once they establish a profile and password on mySW.com. MySW is the portal on the Sherwin-Williams website that connects to their PRO account. Many customers have already been using mySW.com to review their purchase history, access pricing, pay invoices, and more. Now they will also be able to conveniently order and re-order paint and supplies and receive status updates on orders -- saving time, and making planning and managing paint jobs even easier.

Professionals looking to take full advantage of their Sherwin-Williams PRO account benefits, including online ordering, should visit mySW.com, create a profile and enter in their nine-digit PRO account number, or contact a local Sherwin-Williams store or rep for assistance. The Sherwin-Williams PRO app, available on iPhone and Android, will also be updated to include online ordering beginning in early 2018.
