New online utility from nora - The Breakroom - delivers tailored resources to your inbox

Salem, NH – nora systems, Inc., manufacturer of commercial rubber flooring, recently launched The Breakroom, an online utility designed to deliver tailored resources, based on interests, to a person’s inbox.  Directly accessible at breakroom.nora.com, The Breakroom offers project stories from peers, useful everyday tips for work and life, and the latest industry news – all carefully curated in one place.

“The Breakroom is meant to be an interactive professional resource,” explained Amy Bostock, global brand manager, nora systems GmbH, “The goal is to authentically serve the community we work with on a more personal level, giving them the focused information and stories they use and want. By providing us some information about their interests when signing up, we’ve set-up an environment where we’re able to supply that.”

Information from The Breakroom, depending on a person’s selected interests, could include learning simple exercises that can take the pain out of long hours spent working on your feet; Reading about a recent study that links student performance to classroom design; Or making the connection between patient satisfaction and the appearance of a healing environment – simple things like way-finding and signage, the width of sidewalks and a sense of safety after hours.

“The Breakroom is just that,” added Bostock, “a space for architect, design, healthcare, education, and life science professionals to snack on useful information that is tailored to them.”

The inclusion of social media sharing buttons on all entries allows users to easily share, send, or save items of particular interest with a simple click.

The Breakroom website features a responsive design that automatically configures for optimal viewing on any device.  A minimalistic layout makes content easy-to-find and easy-to-digest. Topics can be read and discussed over coffee, on a commute, or during other breaks from regular work routines.
