The new medical facility will offer primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health services and specialty care, as well as imaging services, a laboratory and a retail pharmacy. In addition, it will provide space for visiting specialists, and the 3.62-acre site will provide parking for 177 vehicles.

NexCore will own the new CHI Health Clinic Elkhorn building, which is scheduled to be completed in summer 2023.

Rounding out the development team is HGA and Darland Construction Co.
