Potter announces collaboration with AES

Potter Electric Signal Company, LLC of St. Louis, Missouri USA, announces a partnership with AES Corporation of Peabody, Massachusetts USA in regard to the new AES 7706-ULF Integrated Fire Monitoring System. This state-of-the-art system applies AES-IntelliNet® patented mesh radio technology to Potter’s IP capable Fire Alarm Control Panel, ideally suitable for small to mid-size fire protection applications. The AES 7706-ULF employs simple and flexible single point configuration, providing faster alarm communication and reporting to the Central Monitoring Station. UL listed and NFPA compliant, the AES 7706-ULF is a highly integrated turnkey single box solution that eliminates the need for telephone lines.  Improved productivity, significantly reduced installation time, lower cost of deployment, and faster AHJ approval process of the fire application are all benefits of this exciting new Fire product.

All components of the new AES 7706-ULF Integrated Fire Monitoring System are factory installed in a single FACP enclosure.  Due to the collaboration with Potter, components don’t have to be sourced from multiple vendors.  AES Corporation is the single point of contact for global customer service and technical support for the AES 7706-ULF.

“We were thrilled when AES approached us about implementing their wireless technology in our Fire Alarm Control Panels,” said Jeff Hendrickson, Vice President of Product Development for the Fire and Security Division at Potter, “Now that we have seen it implemented, we couldn’t be happier to have it available to consumers.” For pricing and availability, please contact AES directly at (800) 237-6387 or sales@aes-corp.com.  For product information, please visit www.aes-corp.com.
