A new advisory examines the potential environmental risks facing new construction or renovation of healthcare construction projects, according to an article on the FacilityCare website.
Regulatory changes, increasing competitive pressures and rapid technological advances are transforming the healthcare industry, including the construction of new state-of-the-art medical facilities, the article said.
The advisory, from the ACE Group, discusses how the risks can jeopardize patient health and provides risk management recommendations.
