Rio Vista Behavioral Health Hospital Reaches Construction Midpoint

The expansion is expected to be completed in spring 2023.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction and Acadia Healthcare Company have topped out the new addition to Rio Vista Behavioral Health Hospital in El Paso, Texas, marking the construction midpoint. 

The 52,000-square-foot addition includes two new behavioral hospital units totaling 40 additional beds, outdoor recreation spaces, a new ground-up one-story outpatient center and 14,000 square feet of added parking. The project is expected to be completed in spring 2023. 

Rio Vista Behavioral Health offers comprehensive care for men, women and children struggling with mental health and substance abuse concerns. The facility provides inpatient services tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
